How to play

  1. Draw a line from your own land, across a border, and back out.
  2. Flip the eraser. Plus takes their land, minus takes yours, and the two little ends do something else entirely.
  3. Lose a flip and you earn a card. Play one before you flip to bend the odds.
  4. Somebody on the ropes can be knocked out in one cut. Miss and they get the same again.
  5. When the rounds run out, the biggest patch on the board wins.

About it

The schoolyard game, on a map you all share. Draw a freehand line out of your own land, across a border and back, and you have marked a slice of a neighbour's country.

Then a red and blue eraser decides it. Plus and the slice is yours. Minus and you hand the same amount back off your own border. The two little ends of the block do something stranger, and each of them comes up about one throw in fifty.

Lose a flip and you draw a card: Double, Shield, Re-flip, Border guard or Second pencil. Somebody down to scraps can be knocked out in a single cut, but a miss hands them the same again, so nothing is over until the last round.
